  • This issue occurs when the Partner installs iCM Server Application and tries to activate it.
How to Identify the issue:-

Steps that help us to identify the issue are as follows:

  • Able to verify but at the time of activating error appears “There was an unknown error while activation your application. Please try again. If the problem still exits please contact with our company representative for more info.”
Solution Provided:-

Steps to resolve the issue are as follows:

  1. Check the route path status of clinck DNS by running following command:
    1. Start->Run->CMD press enter tracert clinck.in press enter should get reply from all hopes. If getting Request Timed Out which means Clinck DNS is blocked by ISP
    2. Start->Run->services.msc press enter Locate DNS Client Service and stop it. Now re-launch iCM server application will get activated successfully.
