iCafe Manager Client does not show Login Screen

Scenarios where the issue occurs:-

The Scenarios where this issue can occur are as follows:

  1. Login Screen on the Client System is not appearing.
  2. Server is unable to connect with the client system.
How to Identify the issue:-

Steps that help us to identify the issue are as follows:

  1. At the time of the installing the products on the client machine the “Enable Clinck Cyber Café Manager Client“screen will not appear.
  2. Once the installation is done the Clinck Client Icon in the system Tray will be green in colour.
  3. When we right click on the system tray Clinck icon you will not get the option to enable Client.
How to Identify the issue:-
  • Check if the Café partner is using the C3M Product.
  • Login to the client machine and check for the Clinck Icon in the System Tray.
  • If the Icon is green then we know that the partner has installed the Defreeze + Clinck Desktop product.
  • So uninstall the product on the client machine.
  • Download the installer file which says “Client with Defreeze” from the Clinck Website -> Product Download.
  • Run the exe file and install the product.
  • Installing this product will show the “Enable Clinck Cyber Café Manager Client“ screen which tells us that we are installing the right product.
  • After installing the application it will launch the client screen and it can be connected with the Server Machine.
